We are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator & Assistent to the Finance Director who will work in close collaboration with the Finance Director to maintain our internal processes and project coordination of our 40 highly skilled consultants. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious personality with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for details. The position will be based in our head office in Copenhagen but service all offices that eCapacity have.

You think customer first and are service oriented by nature and have well developed administrative and project coordination skills. You are a strong communicator in Danish and English (both verbally and in writing) and you are used working in many different IT solutions.

Ideally, you have a relevant administration education and/or working experience from similar positions.

The position

You will work closely with the Financial Director as well as with our consultants on various tasks including

Project Coordination

  • Ensuring that the projects are delivered within budget
  • Utilize spreadsheets to track budget & Hours
  • Project reporting to Customers & Internal
  • Resource Scheduling

 

PA / Administration

  • Responsible for creating & updating tasks, budgets, ect. in management system (Harvest)
  • Responsible for updating Forecast
  • Update Billable Report & ensure correct hours registration
  • Ad Hoc tasks in Finance
  • Helping with practical tasks in the Reception / Administration
  • Developing best practice toolbox and methods for project coordination within eCapacity together with Finance Director
